The metal housing of the EL-435 is provided with a wired and hollow ‘needle type’ microphone (length 10 mm, diameter 1 mm.). The ‘needle’ can, for example, be inserted into a wall surface (outsite), key-hole, be placed near a window, etc.

Intercepted sounds are led to the transmitters’ section which transmits this information to the matching receiver.
